Shipping policy

Production time

Every item is made to order. Apparel is usually printed and shipped within 2–7 business days; other items (mugs, coasters, prints and more) within 2–5 business days.

US shipping rates

Some items (such as select shirts, hoodies and accessories) use a flat shipping rate instead; the exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

After shipping, US orders usually arrive in 1–8 business days, depending on the carrier. Most US orders arrive within 4–15 business days of ordering.

Multiple items

Items may be made at different print facilities, so a single order can arrive in more than one package. You'll get a tracking email for each one.

International orders

Select items ship internationally; available countries and rates appear at checkout. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the print facility.
