The brief
Henry Ford Health System Innovations needed a clear way to show leadership, investors and partner companies what its invention pipeline was producing. Until then, that story lived in spreadsheets and slide decks.
The approach
I designed program one-pagers and a status dashboard that distill years of activity into a single page: projects by stage, from research through product development, licensing and spin-off, plus outreach to corporate partners.
The outcome
The one-pagers became the program's standard report format and supported licensing conversations with partner companies.
